Great video guys!! I have had the fortunate chance to see these "arts of work" in different stages of the build, and I am blown away at the quality and precision it takes to build one. They look like Bank Vault Safes! Every Weld is perfect, the electrical work is second to None, all the employees I've met, are masters at there Craft, from the beginning of the build, all the way to Packaging and shipping! CSS Is a very well oiled machine, Much respect to the employees I've met, and ownership, and Managing, keep up the good work!

The steam and the air will be at approximately the same temperature, so the air would ride above the steam, as steam is heavier than air, at any given temperature and pressure. This would cause the air to be expelled through the top of a vertical gravity system first, followed by the steam. One would eventually end up with a chamber filled with pure, gaseous water, a.k.a. steam.
No. Steam has a lower density than water vapour. Air and water vapour can be seen as idealized gases which mix instantanously. Also the steam comes with a certain velocity into the chamber, therefore turbulence mixeds both gases. It is simply a dilution process.
